For users of Mac computers who find themselves limited by the absence of a numeric keypad, Keypad offers an innovative solution. This application seamlessly transforms your iPhone or iPad into a functional numeric keypad, enhancing the input experience while working on numerical tasks.

Keypad requires both your Mac and iOS device to be connected to the same Wi-Fi network. Once the application is launched on both devices, your iPhone or iPad becomes an extension of your Mac, dedicated to numeric entry and enhanced functionality.

The Keypad application includes a variety of essential keys:

 <li>Numerical keys 0 through 9, along with decimal point or decimal comma options based on regional settings.</li>
 <li>Function keys F1 through F19.</li>
 <li>Arithmetic operation keys: addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication.</li>
 <li>Keys for clearing input, as well as navigation keys such as Tab, Home, End, Page Up, and Page Down.</li>
 <li>Directional arrows: Up, Down, Left, and Right.</li>
 <li>Delete and Forward Delete keys.</li>
 <li>Enter key for new line entry.</li>
</ul>

Keypad's compatibility extends to any text-input programs on your Mac, making it suitable for a wide range of applications including Text Edit, Calculator, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, Audition, and more. This versatility significantly increases the potential for productivity across various tasks.

An interesting feature includes the ability to assign macros in applications like Photoshop to function keys via Keypad. For example, users can set up a macro on the F19 key and trigger it through their iPhone interface while working on Mac.
